Our product of the month is the delicious Sea Salt & Caramel Popcorn, from Two Little Tarts
Two Little Tarts was started in Melbourne pastry chef Odette, with inspiration being drawn from her travels, experiences and influences in the world of Patisserie (can youimagine?!!).
She takes great pleasure and pride in sourcing only the finest quality ingredients often working directly with the farms or producers, which we think is brilliant.
This popcorn is my all-time favourite of theirs, with lashings of rich salted caramel - almost a butterscotch - poured over freshly popped Aussie popping corn kernels...are you salivating yet? And great news: it's gluten free, and no artificial preservatives or flavours are used.
