Shipping Policy

We have partnered with Australia Post to bring you more convenient and reliable worldwide shipping.

You can enter a street address, business address, PO Box, or Parcel Locker. 
You will be given the option to select Safe Drop when your tracking information is sent through.


When will my order be shipped? 
- All Australian subscriptions and "upcoming" boxes (including prepaid bundles) will be dispatched within the first 3 business days of the month, i.e. if you place an order in January, you receive a February box, which will be sent to you in the first 3 days of February. For customers outside of Australia, we will ship your order between the 15th of January and the end of January (for a February box) to ensure you receive your box in a timely fashion.
- If you require a box immediately, please contact us or purchase a "past box", which are listed in store when in stock. 
- Past boxes will be sent out within 48 hours following the placement of your order.


How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping is 7.95 per box charged in your local currency. For prepaid bundles shipping is calculated based on the number of boxes that will be shipped over time. For example, a prepaid bundle of 2 boxes will incur 2 shipping charges at 7.95 per charge. A prepaid bundle of 3 boxes will incur 3 charges of shipping and so on.


Can I get my order Express? 
Yes, Express Post is available in Australia for an additional cost, and we endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Please add an Express Post listing to your cart to upgrade your shipping.


Book Club

If you are purchasing a book for our Book Club, shipping is $7.95 per box. Your books will be sent to the member who placed the order, ready to pick up when you have each monthly meetup. 

What happens if I enter the incorrect delivery address?

If we have already dispatched your order we are unable to change postage details. If your package is returned to us, we are charged a fee on top of the postage costs to send it again, so please be advised we will not be able to re-send your order until the additional postage is paid by you. 


Please note that we are not responsible for your package once it has left our premises.
