We're constantly expanding our choice of genres, so you can pick which suits you best.

General fiction, crime/thriller, true crime, fantasy, biography/memoir, YA, contemporary romance, business, and historical fiction are our current genres.

Selecting and shipping our new release books each month and hearing your feedback puts a smile on our dials! Each order through gets a little "woo!" from us, and the number of customers who return to us time after time tell us we must be doing something right!

We're Australian owned (based in Sydney), but welcome people from all communities across the globe to add a bit of 'me time' to their lives!

Ongoing subscriptions are our most popular option, with extra books able to be added in if you're an avid reader!

Delivery schedules are flexible, with 1, 2, or 3 month options, and you can skip or cancel at any time via the customer portal.

Our boxes ship in the first 3 business days of each month (usually on the first business day).

If you need a box straight away, we recommend ordering a Gift Box, or purchasing a Prepaid Bundle and selecting the 'now' option (available until the 20th of each month).

It makes us so happy to bring you amazing inclusions each month and spend a lot of time researching to find a diverse range each month. Each month you will receive a carefully selected product in addition to your book/s, to help create an indulgent experience.

Unfortunately at this time we can't guarantee vegan or gluten free products, however some boxes will contain vegan and/or gluten free products.

Our beautiful branded boxes arrive on your doorstep (or in your parcel locker/PO Box) containing unbleached and recyclable fill, made in Australia, or Australian made tissue paper.

Each box is wrapped to ensure it's secure and waterproof.

Our book deliveries arrive in a thick card envelope for added protection.

We don't include any receipts or invoices in our boxes, making gift giving even easier!

Shipping is included in the price for Luxuread boxes, so there are no surprises at checkout!

Unless the book or product is damaged, we don't offer refunds. However, each case is looked at carefully, and we try to work together with our customers for a favourable outcome.

We ship with Australia Post, Australia-wide, an internationally.

Express Post is now available, however please note that any upcoming orders placed with Express Post selected will still be dispatched at the start of each month. If a box is required immediately, a past box or gift box is recommended.

You can select Safe Drop via the Australia Post app, however we take no responsibility for lost boxes if this is selected.

Please note that shipping for our Luxuread pouches is untracked.

You can have your Luxuread box or book delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker.
