What kind of books are in Luxuread boxes?
We select a great novel each month from each genre offered that we just know our readers will love - nothing too 'out there', and each book is very well-reviewed.
  
When is the monthly cutoff for subscriptions?
Orders can be placed until the end of each month, ready for boxes to be dispatched within the first 1-3 business days of the month.
   
How can I pay for my box?
You can pay by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. Subscriptions will be charged to your card on the same day each month.
Do I have to get the whole box, or can I just get a book delivered?
Absolutely! We get it - sometimes it's just good to get a great new book each month (or quarter). Our Book Subscriptions are perfect for that! Click here to find out more.
   
Can I buy a one-off box to see if I like it, or to gift to a friend?
Absolutely! Such a perfect gift for a new mum, a birthday, anniversary, or any number of occasions (and lasts longer than flowers!). Write your message to have it included on a note in the box.
OR simply order a one-off box or a longer fixed-term prepaid subscription for yourself if you're unsure if the longer subscriptions are for you.
We now have the option for you to purchase a past one-off box (Past Boxes) or wait for the upcoming box. All past boxes which are in-stock will be sent to the recipient the following business day.
   
Which genres can I pick from? 
We currently offer General Fiction, Crime, Fantasy, and Romance
What if I've already read the book?
Isn't that the great thing about books: you can always re-read or even gift it!
 
Is there a forum we can use to chat about the book of the month?
We like the way you think! We've just launched a closed Facebook group where all our Luxureaders can discuss their thoughts on current books...if you're a subscriber, find us via our Facebook page.
    
I really love the products in the box - where can I purchase them?
We have a selection of products from past boxes to purchase via "Box Add-ons" link. Please email us at info@luxuread.com.au for more information on any of the items in your box.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE!
We now ship with Australia Post.
Express Post is now available, however please note that any upcoming orders placed with Express Post selected will still be dispatched at the start of each month. If a box is required immediately, a past box is recommended.
You can select Safe Drop via the Australia Post app, however we take no responsibility for lost boxes if this is selected.
Please note that shipping for our Luxuread pouches is untracked.
    
Can I skip a month? 
Sure - just email us at subscriptions@luxuread.com.au and we'll do it for you. 
    
I'd like to cancel my subscription. How do I do this?
So sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at subscriptions@luxuread.com.au. Please note subscriptions can only be cancelled after a minimum of 3 boxes/books. If you need to cancel prior to this, an invoice will be sent to you to amend the purchase to a “one-off” price. 
   
Can I get a refund for my box?
Unfortunately we don’t issue refunds unless the contents of the box are damaged. All boxes are carefully packed to ensure safe travel, however if there is a damaged item, please contact us at subscriptions@luxuread.com.au and provide a photo of the damaged goods.
   
Why has my account been suspended?
Your card is charged every month (or 3 months for your quarterly subscription) on your original date of purchase. If there are insufficient funds we will then retry deducting the amount on two more occasions, and if the transaction continues to fail you will not receive that month's box. If transactions fail for 2 consecutive months, your account will be suspended. Please contact us at subscriptions@luxuread.com.au if you have any questions about your account.
